Low-Latency Kit is sold by an independent software developer based in China, trading under the name Low-Latency Kit. For anything on this page, email support@lowlatencykit.com.
You pay once and receive a downloadable source-code archive. There is no subscription, no per-minute fee, and no service we host on your behalf. What you build with the code runs on your own infrastructure.
In short: build products with it, don't sell the kit itself. If you are unsure whether your use is covered, ask — the answer is usually yes.
Purchases are processed by a merchant of record: a reseller that handles the payment, the applicable taxes, and the invoice on our behalf. Their buyer terms apply to the transaction itself. Your card details never reach us.
The download link is delivered immediately after payment, by email. If it does not arrive, check spam, then email us and we will resend it.
Updates are included, not guaranteed on a schedule. There is no "lifetime updates" promise; when your window ends, the version you have keeps working forever.
Pro and Team include priority email support. Basic is best-effort. In all cases, email support@lowlatencykit.com — there is no ticket system.
The kit is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will fit a particular purpose. You are responsible for testing it in your own environment before relying on it.
It is not intended for life-safety, medical, or emergency-response use, or for any application where a stream failure could cause injury or significant loss.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

These terms may be updated for future purchases. The version that applied to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Nothing on this page removes rights you have under the merchant of record's buyer terms or under mandatory consumer law in your own country.
