This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts or analytics. It uses first-party, aggregate visit measurement and a form you can choose to submit. The product you buy does not phone home. There are no user accounts here.
When you submit a form, we store:
The IP address is used for rate limiting, so a script cannot flood the form. Entries are written to a file on our own server. We also send the entry to the site owner's email through Resend, our transactional email processor, so a real inquiry is answered promptly. Your address is used as Reply-To. We do not sell or rent the entry.
For a pilot inquiry, we use the address only to respond. If you joined an update list, reply to any message and you are off the list. You can ask us to delete your entry at any time.
We record page views, button clicks, the referring site's hostname, an optional campaign name, and the two-letter country reported by our CDN. To count an independent visitor without a cookie, we store a short hash made from the IP address, browser user agent, and a salt that changes each day. The raw IP is not written to the visit log, and yesterday's hash cannot be matched to today's. No tracking script from another company is involved.
The kit you buy is self-hosted software. It does not contact our servers at all: no telemetry, no licence check, no usage reporting, no phone-home of any kind. Once you have the archive, nothing about your deployment reaches us. That is a property of the design, not a promise about our behaviour.
Checkout is handled by a merchant of record — a reseller that processes the payment, calculates any applicable tax, and issues the invoice. Your card or wallet details go to them directly and never reach us; we only see that an order was paid. Their privacy policy governs the checkout.
The publisher, viewer and self-test pages are a working demo running on this server, and they really do relay video and audio.
We do not sell, rent or share your information. The only exception is a legal obligation we cannot lawfully refuse.
Form entries are kept only as long as needed to answer the inquiry or provide the requested product updates. Ask us to delete yours at any point and it is removed.
To access, correct or delete anything we hold about you, email support@lowlatencykit.com. There is no form and no account to log into.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
