Refund Policy

Last updated: 19 September 2026

Seven days, no questions asked

If the kit is not what you needed, email support@lowlatencykit.com within seven days of purchase and you get your money back. You do not have to explain why. There is no form to fill in and no return to arrange.

How to ask

One email is enough. Include the address you bought with, or the order number from your receipt. If you can tell us what went wrong, it is genuinely useful — but it is not a condition, and a refund is not withheld for lack of a reason.

How it is paid back

The refund goes back to the original payment method, processed through our merchant of record. We issue it on our side within one business day; how fast it appears is up to the payment method, typically 5–10 business days.

Why we still do this for an instant download

The obvious objection is that the source code is delivered the moment you pay, so there is nothing to "return". That is true, and it is exactly why the window is stated up front rather than argued case by case: you get a week to actually read the code and try it in your own environment. If it does not fit, you are not stuck with it.

After seven days

Refunds are not offered for change of mind once the window has passed. If something is broken or does not do what this site says it does, that is a different matter and the window does not apply — email us, and we will fix it or sort something out. A bug is our problem, not yours.

Bugs we already know about

The kit is in early access and the landing page lists what is finished and what is still coming (embedded TURN, adaptive bitrate). Buying early means those arrive later, not that you were promised them on day one — and it does not affect your right to a refund.
