Relay test

Does this browser get a TURN relay candidate from a relay, and does that relay do its job? Two separate probes, because "no video through the relay" has two causes that look identical from the browser: the UDP port is unreachable, or the port is fine and the relay refused the allocation.

What the two probes mean

Port unreachable — the relay never answered. Open 3478/UDP and the relay range (coturn's min-port..max-port) in the cloud security group and the host firewall. On a cloud VM, a missing external-ip in turnserver.conf looks the same from here.
Relay refused — the port answers, so the network is fine and the relay said no. Usually the credential (a 401 in the coturn log), or the relay range was never opened even though the control port was.
Pass — a relay candidate came back with these credentials. TURN is working; if a session still fails, the cause is elsewhere.
